We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted for products that are in perfect condition (i.e., no damage or defect).

Color variations due to photography or screen settings do not qualify as a defect.

If a customer returns or exchanges a product, the courier charges must be borne by the customer (both ways, if applicable).
