At Vastra Heritage, we take pride in curating traditional elegance with modern sensibility through our collection of sarees, including Kanjivaram, Banarasi, Viscose, Tissue Silk, Georgette, Soft Silk, and Paithani Silk.
Each piece is handpicked or handwoven with fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. While we strive to ensure your experience with us is seamless, we understand that there may be rare instances requiring a return or exchange.

Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid and COD orders.

Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days, and delivery typically takes another 4–5 business days.

You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or logistic disruptions.
Partial COD Policy
We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for a smoother shopping experience:

A small token advance is paid online at the time of order.

The remaining amount is paid in cash during delivery.

If the customer refuses delivery, the token amount is non-refundable as it covers return logistics (RTO).

If accepted, the token is adjusted with the final amount.
Ready-to-Wear Sarees
Customized Ready-to-Wear sarees are made on order and hence non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligible Returns:

Return requests are accepted only if the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

An unboxing video is mandatory for return or exchange requests.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items:

Customized sarees (fall, pico, blouse stitching)

Sale/Discounted items

Products without original packaging or invoice

Items with slight color variation due to display resolution
Return Process:

Mention your Order ID and Reason for Return.

After approval, courier the product to our return address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.
⚠ Note: If the returned product is found to be non-defective, refund/exchange will not be processed.
Refund Policy

Refund is initiated only after we receive the returned product.

Courier charges for return are to be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund is processed after deducting shipping costs.

Refunds are made via the original payment method (Bank/Credit/Debit/UPI).
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable only on defective or wrong products.

Shipping costs for exchanges are to be paid by the customer.

Exchange will be processed only after we receive the returned item.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, or once the product is in dispatch stage, cancellation will not be accepted.

Orders with customization (pico, fall, blouse) cannot be cancelled.
